What to include

  • The value of the X-OR-REQUEST-ID response header.
  • When you sent the request, with its time zone.
  • The method and path, for example POST /v1/projects.
  • The name of your OnRamp organization.
  • The response status and body. Remove your API key before you send anything.

Find a request ID

Every response carries an X-OR-REQUEST-ID header. In OnRamp, open Settings → API → Logs and select a request: its detail panel shows the request ID.
